A number of leaders at UBC have a role that explicitly focuses on equity, inclusion or Indigenous affairs. While their role may not focus explicitly on teaching and learning, these leaders are great resources and strong champions who can help answer questions and support new initiatives.

- Many Faculties have an Associate Dean focused on matters of Equity and Inclusion. The Associate Dean Academic can also be a champion for inclusive teaching in your Faculty.
